CAUTION , THIS IS A SCAM! Positive: It has 4 bathrooms Negative: CAUTION THIS IS A SCAM! It took us a month to get our deposit back, and they only gave us partial deposit. We sent numerous photos of damages around the house that existed before we arrived. The hot tub was frozen, in spite of an email I sent early in the week before we arrived making sure it was in working condition. There were many issues ( mold in shower, no ice, no salt for frozen drive way, etc) with the property and then after persistent pursuit of our deposit, they gave us partial deposit for damages we did not do. There was unusual activity across the street, people picking up and delivering at all hours of the day and night. It’s shocking they are permitted on Bookings.com

The worst place I’ve ever booked, disingenuous host & co host. You have con artists renting out home Positive: Nothing at ALL! The facilities & amenities provided were a complete hoax. The ceiling was literally leaking through the light bulb while someone was taking a shower. They had only one working light in the washroom (which was of no help cuz it was dim). The dryer wasn’t doing its job, the fridge had no ice or water, the AC wasn’t working except the basement AC, the toilet flusher was literally broken. The hot-tub was also a joke, as it didn’t heat up. Cool looking home on the outside & inside, but once you begin to use their amenities its DOA! A waste of my money & time. Negative: EVERYTHING! They lied about us making noise past the noise hours, I was given a call somewhere after 10pm which was right before 11pm (the no noise hours). After that call, the noise was literally done, but this host found a way they could withhold my money. Worst part of all is the terrible communication afterwards, they didn’t call or reach out to me to EVEN let me know this is why we’re holding your money. They had to wait till I reached out after 3 bloody weeks…. 3weeks. Very sketchy behaviour from these limeridge folks. They have their place on Airbnb as well & the reviews date back to Sept 2024 about the same complaints I listed, which they promised to fix then but never did. Idk why they’re renting a place that hasn’t been finished properly, I’ll be taking all this to the higher ups or law enforcements. Something has to be done with these con artists.

Positive: Bardzo duży dom, dużo różnych poziomów, że można było się pogubić... Basenu nie było, mimo obietnic, że zostanie uruchomiony w czasie naszego pobytu. Cały dom jakby był w trakcie wykańczania. Nie wszystko jeszcze było gotowe. Okolica cicha, przyjemna. Negative: Brak basenu mimo obietnic, cena za wysoka jak dla takiego standardu. Dom miał dużo niedoróbek, jakby był cały czas w trakcie remontu, wykańczania.
