We will back by surely. Positive: Every Thing was very good. Any thing was missing they provided immediately. Negative: I wish they had more blankets.

Positive: Everything ! Management was great. Cleaning lady was above and beyond fantastic. ! Negative: Only complaint is needs better toilet paper 😂 lmao we have been spoiled too long with 3’ply. Property is amazing no complaints

I will never come back. Positive: Very close to Walmart and many other convenience stores Negative: The apartment was supposed to be ready at 3 PM; I arrived at 4 PM and it wasn't. The cleaning was still ongoing, and the carpet was wet and smelled of urine. I had to move it due to the smell. The sofa was dirty and worn out. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work properly, and the Fire Stick couldn't turn the TV on/off or adjust the volume. The advertised coffee maker wasn't there; I had to request it, and it arrived the next day. There is no soundproofing; you can hear everything between rooms and floors. The BBQ area is neglected, with trash bins next to it. Contacting the host was impossible; you only get a bot. I do not recommend this place. L'appartement devait être prêt à 15h, je suis arrivé à 16h et il ne l'était toujours pas. Le ménage était en cours et le tapis était mouillé et sentait l'urine. J'ai dû le déplacer à cause de l'odeur. Le canapé était sale et usé. La télé de la chambre principale fonctionnait mal et le Fire Stick ne permettait ni d'allumer/éteindre ni de régler le volume. La cafetière mentionnée n'était pas présente, j'ai dû la demander et elle est arrivée le lendemain. L'insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout entre les chambres et les étages. La zone BBQ est abandonnée et les poubelles sont à côté. Impossible de joindre l'hôte, on parle à un bot. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

This was our worst experience so far, and I do not recommend this location. Positive: Central location in Hamilton. Good location if you want visit Toronto and Niagara Falls. Negative: The property was very dirty, making the cleaning fee seem unjustified. The condition of the property was quite old, and the garden was poorly maintained. Garbage was placed near the garden, causing unpleasant smells and attracting many flies. This was our worst experience so far, and I do not recommend this location.
