Roomy, clean but wouldn't classify as luxurious Positive: Location was convenient, apartment was roomy and clean, bed was ultra comfortable. Couch was hard (futon). Tiny ants invaded dogfood dish in the kitchen. I wouldn't classify the rental as luxurious, it was a clean place, that felt safe. White noise machine had no cord to plug it in. Floors between units aren't well insulated for noise reduction, footsteps & talking can be heard. Yard was private and quiet, but lawn furniture needs better cushions, with decent padding. We found garbage in the yard and the grass hadn't been mowed. Outdoor ashtray was broken, butts fall out bottom, onto the ground. Toiletries, coffee, sugar and snacks were provided, but incorrect coffee filters (cone instead of basket) for coffee maker. Not generous with toilet paper, 2 rolls of single ply paper for 2 middle aged women for 3 day stay, wasn't enough. Unit was cold, my friend froze, no heat control for guests. Hosts communicative by email, before/during stay, not post check-out, regarding return of damage deposit. The use of canned Ai responses that have nothing to do with the message sent, is frustrating. I paid a $250 security deposit by e-transfer, & though I received it back, it was past the agreed upon length of time and required many e-mails, and an official complaint to get it, 10 days from check out. Had a miscommunication for door code upon arrival. I asked if the PIN code sent was a door code and was told it was. It was NOT. Locked out, no one answers phone numbers provided. Fortunately, I was able to hook up internet thru my friend's cell phone to retrieve the email with the door code, which had been sent over 2 hours past leaving home. I don't own a smart phone by choice. I had relayed this to the hosts, that I'd need the code before leaving home and why. Needlessly stressful. Negative: Needs working white noise machine, coffee filters that fit the coffee maker, ant traps in kitchen, a more comfortable couch, new backyard ashtray and decent cushions for the backyard wicker furniture. Lawn should be cut before guest's arrival. Better communication about door codes in advance of arrival, return of deposit in a timely manner. No more canned email messages but a real human and answer your phone when someone calls.

Positive: The stuff are responding with good manners people.. Negative: The toilet. The only unpleasant thing about my stay was the toilet hopefully will be fully fixed not temporarily for the next visitors.

We will back by surely. Positive: Every Thing was very good. Any thing was missing they provided immediately. Negative: I wish they had more blankets.

Positive: Everything ! Management was great. Cleaning lady was above and beyond fantastic. ! Negative: Only complaint is needs better toilet paper 😂 lmao we have been spoiled too long with 3’ply. Property is amazing no complaints
